The fee for mail forwarding is £180 for one year, £30 of which is allocated to your forwarding bank (this may need to be topped up at some point, if you have a lot of mail). We can receive mail and small packages up to the size of what would go through a normal letterbox, at our mail forwarding address. Mail is normally forwarded on to you once a week. Alternatively, you can ask us to forward mail on once a month or even hold indefinitely. If you are expecting something urgent you can email us and we will do our best to get it off to you as soon as possible.
We are often asked, what is the difference between your service and the Royal Mail redirection service? Obviously they can divert mail directly away from your old address, we can not. And some of our clients have Royal Mail redirection to our address for added confidentiality, as we are not obliged to share the location your mail is sent to. Most of our clients will only advise the people and organizations, who they would want to know their new contact address and give our address directly to them only.
