If you are running a business and would be anticipating large amounts of mail from customers, as a result of advertising or mailshots, we are happy to take this type of business, but obviously there is a lot more work involved for us, sorting out, and forwarding large volumes of mail.
Therefore any business generating more than 50 pieces of mail a week would be liable to our bulk mail rates. The fee for this would be £1000 P/A (excluding postage costs). However, if you are not sure your project would achieve more than approx. 50 letters per week, you can come on the books at the normal fee (£150 – one year) and we can then apply the bulk mail rate fee if your project is successful enough to exceed the upper limit of the normal rate.
